Facing the growing challenges of climate change, KEMFLO INTERNATIONAL CO., LTD. has placed environmental sustainability and the circular economy at the core of its development strategy. In 2022, with support from National Pingtung University of Science and Technology, KEMFLO successfully completed its GHG inventory and expanded its verification scope to include Category 3 emissions in 2023. To further enhance data accuracy and operational efficiency, KEMFLO joined the ESG Digital Empowerment Alliance led by National Chengchi University and implemented Vital NetZero, the cloud-based carbon management system developed by Galaxy Software Services.
Vital NetZero enabled KEMFLO’s finance and HR teams to streamline data collection and automate emissions calculations, significantly reducing manual workload and the risk of errors. For example, commuting emissions data for 1,000 employees—previously taking up to a month to compile manually—can now be processed in just 15 minutes. The system’s intuitive dashboard improves internal collaboration, while the one-click reporting function ensures faster, more consistent carbon reporting.
With full support from the Galaxy Software Services consulting team, KEMFLO successfully completed its 2024 ISO 14064-1 verification. The team's prompt responses to day-to-day inquiries and proactive sharing of sustainability insights earned KEMFLO’s strong recognition.
